Shipping Policy
We know party planning can be equal parts exciting and last-minute, so we’re here to make shipping as easy and stress-free as possible! Because we know your party has a deadline, we only ship via UPS for reliable, on-time delivery.
We currently ship physical party packs within the U.S. only. However, our printable party designs are available worldwide for instant download!
Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days)
For party-planners ahead of the game, we offer flat-rate, $8.00 shipping for most orders.
Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days)
Need it fast? We got you. Choose expedited shipping at checkout to get your goodies there quicker. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.
Oversize Items
Our foam board posters require special handling and are carefully packaged and shipped flat to ensure they arrive in party-ready condition – no bending, no damage. As a result, these items incur a higher shipping cost, which will be reflected at checkout.
Orders with large items, like our foam board posters, are charged shipping for the largest item only. Any smaller items added to your order will be shipped in the same box for free.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before tax).
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order is processed, you can expect delivery within 2-5 business days via UPS Ground. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your party’s journey all the way to your front door. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Return Policy
We want you to love your party supplies as much as we love creating and curating them! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy and initiate a return if applicable.
Personalized items and instant downloads are non-returnable. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for customized printables or digital downloads. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
Printed and shipped items and party supplies are returnable within 14 days of delivery. We will accept returns on physical items provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Initiate a Return
- Contact us at hello@charliesparties.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right!
