4. Refunds & Returns
Personalized items and instant downloads are non-returnable. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for customized printables or digital downloads. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
Printed and shipped items and party supplies are returnable within 14 days of delivery. We will accept returns on physical items provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

The product images on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions, and measurements are approximate. We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your device will perfectly match the actual product.

By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to the following terms:

- No Resale or Commercial Use – You may not sell, redistribute, or use the designs for commercial purposes.
- No Modifications or Derivative Works – The designs may not be altered, claimed as your own, or used to create new products for sale.
- No Sharing of Digital Files – Digital downloads cannot be distributed, shared, or uploaded to file-sharing websites.
- No AI or Automated Reproduction – The designs may not be used for AI training, machine learning, or automated replication.
- No AI-Assisted Alterations – Designs may not be used as training data, prompts, or references for AI-generated artwork or reproductions, including style replication or modification.
- No NFT or Blockchain Use – Designs may not be minted, tokenized, or associated with NFTs or any blockchain technology.
